What’s it all about?
The principle of intense pulsed light involves using a light beam whose intensity, duration and wavelength are perfectly controlled. Transformed into heat on contact with the dermis, this radiation brings about deep-seated changes in the targeted tissues (hair or fibroblasts), without damaging surrounding tissues or delivering an uncomfortable peak of energy.
The MEDICAL PULSE SYSTEM uses “In Motion” technology, a real innovation compared to traditional technologies, which is more efficient and totally safe.
How does it work?
The effectiveness of intense pulsed light is now recognized in two major applications:
- Skin rejuvenation: the principle is to regenerate dermal cells, known as photorejuvenation. Gradually stimulated, the dermis produces new natural collagen and increases elastin production. The tightening and volumizing effect is perceptible from the very first session.
- Hair removal: the heat generated by the MEDICAL PULSE SYSTEM’s light rays is propagated to the root of the hair, destroying it and eliminating the germinative cells of the hair’s nourishing structure: the bulge.
Regrowth slows, then stops for good, leaving behind clear skin.
For hair removal, the frequency of sessions will be adapted to the rate of hair regrowth. In general, you should have one session per month.
